Four decades
at the stove
Chef Gerald Hyatt trained at the Culinary Institute of America and has cooked for more than forty years — classic French technique first, with room for whatever the seasons and his curiosity bring to the plate.
With Victoria Hyatt, he runs Wine Sellars the way a chef's own place should be run: a short menu cooked properly, a dining room surrounded by wine, and a table that's yours for the evening.
